It all begins at 4am

  1. Pastry team4am

    Our wonderful Pastry team arrives to prove and bake the day’s pastries and cakes.

  2. BakersThrough the night

    Our night-time heroes come in as we head to bed. As the pastry team works, the bakers finish their shift, leaving the shelves filled with freshly baked bread.

  3. BaristasMeanwhile

    The Front of House team prepares the shop for the day ahead, while the baristas dial in the coffee.

  4. Regulars7:30am

    The first familiar faces begin to arrive, and the shop comes to life with conversation, the aroma of fresh coffee, and the warmth of the morning.

Three pastries that have become regular favourites.

  • Cherry Almond Danish

    Made using off-cut croissant dough, giving those delicious buttery layers a second life and helping us reduce waste.

  • Pecan Maple Plait

    Toasted pecans and maple: rich, buttery, and just sweet enough.

  • Pistachio Raspberry Pain Suisse

    Nutty pistachio, sharp raspberry, and crisp, flaky pastry.

On the counter this autumn

Happy days for all apple lovers. Apple & Blackberry Crumble Brioche, our new Apple Danish with vanilla bean cream, a vegan spiced apple cake, and homemade soup with Nena Sourdough baguette and butter.

There’s something about seeing our shops full of life that never gets old.
